Who I am: My name is Larry Nowak, I am the president and CEO of Bad Boys Bail Bonds Inc. I have been serving in the industry for over 10 years. Currently I am the Co-chairman for the Bail Recovery Licensee and Misconduct board through BCI.

Why I started Bad Boys Bail Bonds: After years of witnessing a number of businesses supporting the criminal justice system treat good people who happened to make a poor decision as if they were a dollar sign, I reached a cross road in my life: "I can either be part of the problem or part of the solution". That is when I created the company with the intent of helping not only inmates but the loved ones of those inmates navigate this difficult period of their lives without the need to worry about their Bail Bond company taking advantage of them.

A little about me: I am a Utah native and try to be an active member of the community. I am happily married and have been since 2001. I have coached a freshman girls basketball team since 2005 and take pride in bringing out the best in the players I coach. I love basketball, coaching and the outdoors. I don't want to surround myself with people who will validate me; I want to surround myself with people who will educate me. I choose to grow everyday, and strive to be better today than I was yesterday.
